Because of the location of the project, the design decision was to keep the ground floor as a public space and burry the hydrotheraphy functions underground. Due to the soil in the area, only one underground level is designed. The mass that was created overground was designed to reflect the underground level's function

Lastly, from the underground level, a connection between the project area and the existing hotel created. With using the hotels underground level, an easy access for the visitors to their hotel was ensured.
